Personal Biography
Charles (Chuck) Jasicki was born in Minneapolis Minnesota. He started flying in flying in 1981 at the age of 15, and got his pilots license in 1983. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1991 with a degree in Chemistry from the Institute of Technology. During most of his time at the university he worked full time and was a volunteer firefighter in Brooklyn Center from 1986 through 1992. In 1992 he received his first professional flying job, with Great Lakes Airlines (a United Express Commuter) flying a Beech 1900 and later an Embraer Brasillia. In 1998 he joined the family business and began to learn the trade; by 1999 he was preparing returns on his own. In 1999 he left Great Lakes Airlines, to take a position with Champion Airlines flying a Boeing 727.
He continued to expand his knowledge in the tax business and started preparing small business taxes in 2003. In 2004 he was licensed as a stock broker and Insurance agent, in order to provide additional services. In 2008 Champion Airlines went out of business, providing the opportunity to do taxes and financial planning fulltime. He is currently working on his CFP (Certified Financial Planner), and plans to have this designation this summer after tax season.
